South Central Freestone County in central Texas... East Central Limestone County in central Texas... * Until 945 PM CDT. * At 712 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
