Only minimal impacts due to wet roads are anticipated, as temperatures should remain at or above freezing before precipitation ends later tonight. * TEMPERATURES...Overnight low temperatures will range between the upper teens across rural areas along the Red River Valley to the twenties elsewhere across North and Central TX. Apparent temperatures, or what it feels like to exposed skin, will be in the teens and twenties areawide. * IMPACTS...Any unprotected sensitive outdoor plants or vegetation may be damaged or killed. In addition, any water left on roadways may re-freeze overnight, leading to slick spots, mainly across Central Texas. If out late tonight or early Friday morning, dress warmly! Also, ensure that outdoor pets or livestock are tended to and can be kept warm through the overnight hours.
