Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches with locally higher amounts up to 2 feet in the Upper Cottonwoods and Ogden area mountains. * WHERE...Wasatch Mountains I-80 North, Wasatch Mountains South of I-80 and Western Uinta Mountains. * WHEN...From 6 AM Sunday to noon MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected, especially above 7500 feet.
