Wind chills as low as 15 below zero. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as low as 30 below zero. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Kansas. * WHEN...For the first Wind Chill Advisory, until 9 AM CST this morning. For the second Wind Chill Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Saturday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is not typical January cold.
