NORTHEASTERN RANDALL...SOUTHERN CARSON AND SOUTHEASTERN POTTER COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM CDT... At 434 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong cluster of thunderstorms 4 miles northwest of Washburn, or 12 miles east of Amarillo, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
