Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches, locally higher, and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, north central, southwest, and west central Nebraska. * WHEN...From 9 PM CST /8 PM MST/ this evening to noon CST /11 AM MST/ Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
