Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches expected with highest amounts in the north. Ice accumulations of up to one quarter of an inch possible across portions of Lee, DeKalb, Kane, and DuPage Counties. * WHERE...Cook, Lee, Kane, DuPage and DeKalb Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong westerly winds are expected to develop Tuesday afternoon and continue Tuesday night.
