Areas of dense fog are possible across the higher terrain of northeast PA and the western Catskills of NY. Locally visibilities will be a quarter of a mile or less. Motorists should prepare for variable driving conditions and allow extra time for travel. Use your low beam headlights in areas of fog and leave extra space between vehicles.
