For the Wind Advisory, northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Mendocino Interior and Southern Trinity. * WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, until 9 AM PDT this morning. For the Wind Advisory, from 8 PM this evening to 9 AM PDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
