BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED Flash Flood Warning National Weather Service Springfield MO 1040 AM CDT FRI APR 21 2017 The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Lawrence County in southwestern Missouri... * Until 1045 PM CDT Friday * At 1040 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly as moderate to heavy rain moves into Lawrence County from the west. * Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.
