Total snow accumulations of up to two inches, with locally higher amounts near the Turtle Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph creating areas of blowing snow. * WHERE...Turtle Mountains south through the James River Valley. * WHEN...From 3 AM Thursday to 9 AM CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility at times. Strong winds will make travel hazardous, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
