URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Fairbanks AK 437 AM AKST Tue Feb 23 2021 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM AKST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. South winds gusting as high as 50 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow that will reduce the visibility to one half mile or less at times. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches expected. * WHERE...Isabel Pass. * WHEN...6 AM Tuesday to 6 AM Wednesday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will develop this morning as the winds increase. Snow will move into the area late this afternoon and will continue into Wednesday. The strongest winds are expected on this afternoon. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
