South winds gusting as high as 50 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow that will reduce the visibility to one half mile or less at times. Plan on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches expected. * WHERE...Isabel Pass. * WHEN...6 AM Tuesday to 6 AM Wednesday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will develop this morning as the winds increase.
