North winds gusting up to 55 mph near the coast. Visibilities reduced to one quarter mile at times. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta. * WHEN...From 8 AM Wednesday to 7 AM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The worst conditions and longest duration of blizzard conditions will be along the coast. Snowfall will taper off from west to east overnight, but the blizzard conditions will persist due to continued strong northerly winds. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
