Cumberland County in south central Kentucky... Southern Metcalfe County in south central Kentucky... Monroe County in south central Kentucky... Southwestern Russell County in south central Kentucky... * Until 100 PM CDT. * At 1000 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Numerous county roads have been flooded or closed due to flooding. Several highways within the area have experienced flooding. Water has also been reported flooding structures and homes. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. While rain is coming to an end, water levels will remain high for the next several hours due to runoff. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
