Central Williams County in northwestern North Dakota... * Until 230 AM CDT /130 AM MDT/. * At 1028 PM CDT /928 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated that very heavy rainfall that occurred across the area this evening is producing flash flooding. The public has reported flash flooding in the city of Williston. Additional storms moving through Williams and McKenzie Counties may produce additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches, leading to additional flash flooding.
