North Central Laurel County in south central Kentucky... Southeastern Rockcastle County in south central Kentucky... * Until 315 AM EDT. * At 1253 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated nearly stationary showers producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen between 11:45 PM and 12:45 AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
