Hays County in south central Texas... * Until 400 AM CDT. * At 145 AM CDT, Thunderstorms over the last several hours have produced between 3 and 8 inches of rainfall across much of central and western Hays county. In addition, Doppler radar indicates showers continuing over portions of Hays county, with more activity possibly moving across the region. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
