Visibility will be reduced to one half mile at times. Total snow accumulations 1-3 inches, with locally higher amounts. * WHERE...Western Kenai Peninsula from Clam Gulch south. The worst conditions will likely be near Kachemak Bay up to the Homer Bluffs. * WHEN...Until 4 PM AKST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and restricted visibility for holiday travel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dry, powdery snow will continue to fall through the day.
