Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting 20 to 30 miles per hour leading to blowing and drifting of snow. Reduced visibilities of below 1/2 a mile at times expected as well. * WHERE...Portions of east central Iowa and northwest Illinois. * WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
