Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph through the day Saturday. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. * WHEN...From 3 AM to 5 PM CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds in conjunction with snowfall could result in brief whiteout conditions as well as some blowing and drifting across east- west roadways.
