URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Lubbock TX 211 PM CST Thu Nov 24 2022 ...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO NOON CST SATURDAY... * WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 to 4 inches along a line from near Brownfield to Dimmitt, 2 to 4 inches across the extreme southwestern Texas Panhandle and northwestern South Plains, and 4 to 6 inches with locally 6 inches or greater across the southwestern South Plains. Wind gusts up to 35 mph are expected. * WHERE...Bailey, Cochran, Hockley, Lamb, Terry, Yoakum, Castro, and Parmer Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to noon CST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
