Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Presque Isle, Montmorency and Crawford Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on quickly changing road conditions in localized areas. Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility to dangerous white-out conditions...which would impact anyone driving. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and lead to sporadic power outages.
