URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service Gaylord MI 441 PM EST Wed Nov 30 2022 ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THURSDAY... * WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Southeast Chippewa, Western Mackinac, Eastern Mackinac and Mackinac Island/Bois Blanc Island Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on quickly changing road conditions in localized areas. Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility to dangerous white-out conditions...which would impact anyone driving. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and lead to sporadic power outages.
