In California, Salton Sea, Southeastern Imperial County, Western Imperial County and Imperial Valley. * WHEN...Until 3 AM MST /3 AM PDT/ Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions, especially for larger vehicles traveling along roads with crosswinds.
