Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches, with isolated higher totals. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass, Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range, and The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the Indian Peaks. * WHEN...From Midnight tonight to Midnight MDT Wednesday Night. * IMPACTS...Snow covered roads will make travel hazardous, especially through mountain passes.
