Total snow accumulations of 7 to 14 inches with locally higher amounts near 20 inches possible. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Colorado and east central and northeast Utah. * WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to midnight MDT Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility, especially on ridge tops and mountain passes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
