Ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch on the highest elevations, little to no ice in the valleys. Snow and sleet accumulations less than an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...From 5 AM to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest road surfaces and greatest potential of slippery roads will be on the ridgetops. The precipitation will turn to rain as the morning continues, but could last as freezing rain on the ridges until mid-day. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
