Flood waters one to two feet deep cover portions of the railroad tracks in the industrial area on both sides of the river. The water level approaches the foundations of a few commercial buildings in the area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM EST Tuesday the stage was 21.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 25.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
