Central and Southeastern Ventura County in southwestern California... * Until 200 AM PST Thursday. * At 715 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain that will continue overspreading the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 45 minutes. It will take very little additional rain to create life threatening landslides and flash flooding.
