The snow will peak late tonight and into the pre- dawn hours, before ending before daybreak. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are forecast, with locally up to 3 inches possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Kentucky. * WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Snowfall overnight could significantly reduce visibilities.
