URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE National Weather Service State College PA 548 PM EST Mon Feb 12 2024 ...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 1 PM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Heavy wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Franklin, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon and Cumberland Counties. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions should impact the morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will fall late this evening, then change to snow toward dawn. The snow could fall heavily during the morning commute, then should taper off by late morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
