Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches with freezing rain that could produce ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch. * WHERE...Big Island Summits. * WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 6 PM HST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet, and ice are expected or occurring. Strong winds are also possible.
