Runoff from this rain will be sufficient to cause the Ohio River at the Point in Pittsburgh to rise above 18.0 feet and begin flooding the Monongahela River Parking Wharf.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an alternative route.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
