The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AREA AND TIMING...Middle Rio Grande Valley (Zone 106), Sandia and Manzano Mountains (Zone 124), Central Highlands (Zone 125), East Central Plains (Zone 126), Northeast Highlands (Zone 123), and Northeast Plains (Zone 104) Friday afternoon through Friday evening. * 20 FOOT WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts between 40 and 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 9 and 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
