BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Flood Warning National Weather Service Lake Charles LA 1143 PM CDT Fri May 3 2024 ...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT SATURDAY... * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Hardin, Jasper, Orange and Tyler. * WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1143 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned area due to runoff from heavy rainfall over the past two days.
