Allegheny County in southwestern Pennsylvania... * Until 845 AM EDT. * At 706 AM EDT, trained weather spotters and law enforcement reported flash flooding occurring in numerous areas across Allegheny County. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
