Southwestern Pottawattamie County in southwestern Iowa... Southeastern Dodge County in east central Nebraska... Douglas County in east central Nebraska... Northeastern Sarpy County in east central Nebraska... South Central Washington County in east central Nebraska... * Until 900 AM CDT. * At 521 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
