East central Charles County in southern Maryland... * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 835 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Golden Beach, or near Hallowing Point, moving southeast at 35 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN MARYLAND. HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect considerable damage to trees and power lines. Your life is at significant risk if outdoors.
