Southern Jasper County in central Iowa... Southwestern Poweshiek County in central Iowa... Northwestern Mahaska County in south central Iowa... Marion County in south central Iowa... * Until 1030 PM CDT Tuesday. * At 428 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area as more thunderstorms enter the area.
