North Central Grafton County in northern New Hampshire... * Until 245 AM EDT. * At 1126 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported significant flooding from heavy rain in Monroe, Littleton, and Lancaster. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
