Southern Herkimer County in eastern New York... * Until 445 PM EDT. * At 354 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Cold Brook, or 16 miles northeast of Utica, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Ohio around 400 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Ingham Mills, Nobleboro, Curtis, Farrel Corner, Countryman, Lotville, Rasbach Corner, Knappville, Burrell Corners, and Kelhi Corners.
