Central Socorro County in central New Mexico... * Until 1130 PM MDT. * At 929 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain moving south across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the area between Socorro and Luis Lopez. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
