Southwestern Essex County in northeastern Vermont... * Until 1030 AM EDT. * At 802 AM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
