Southeastern Iredell County in the Piedmont of North Carolina... Northwestern Mecklenburg County in the Piedmont of North Carolina... * Until 600 PM EDT. * At 510 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles east of Lincolnton, or 4 miles northeast of Boger City, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include...
