Northern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey... * Until 215 PM EDT. * At 127 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Blairstown, or 14 miles southwest of Newton, moving east at 20 mph. Wind damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. * Locations impacted include...
