Screven County in southeastern Georgia... Allendale County in southeastern South Carolina... Beaufort County in southeastern South Carolina... Colleton County in southeastern South Carolina... Hampton County in southeastern South Carolina... Jasper County in southeastern South Carolina... * Until 1000 AM EDT Tuesday. * At 212 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. The threat for heavy rainfall will continue for the next several days. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
