Bulloch County in southeastern Georgia... Candler County in southeastern Georgia... Effingham County in southeastern Georgia... Jenkins County in southeastern Georgia... Screven County in southeastern Georgia... Beaufort County in southeastern South Carolina... Hampton County in southeastern South Carolina... Jasper County in southeastern South Carolina... * Until 200 PM EDT. * At 1046 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated mostly light to occasionally moderate rainfall extending from Hilton Head and Beaufort west to Springfield and Statesboro. As much as 6 to 12 inches of rain has fallen so far. An additional 1 to 3 inches into the mid-afternoon. Flooding is ongoing in many areas this morning and the risk for flash flooding continues. Water had entered homes in Okatie and Bluffton overnight. Significant flooding is also ongoing in The Farm subdivision near Bluffton. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
