East Central Sumter County in central South Carolina... * Until 945 PM EDT. * At 642 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen from an earlier round of precipitation. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area.
