Northern Horry County in northeastern South Carolina... * Until 200 AM EDT. * At 1035 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported widespread flash flooding across the warned area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
