Williamsburg County in northeastern South Carolina... * Until 500 AM EDT. * At 1259 AM EDT, very heavy rainfall has yielded in between 4 and 7 inches of accumulations over the last few hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Several road washouts have occurred in Florence County, while flood waters have gotten shin deep along South Main Street in Marion. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
